ITIL is the most widely accepted approach to IT service management in the world. ITIL can help individuals and organizations use IT to realize business change, transformation and growth.

I acquired this position due to my previous experience on the faculty.
I was asked to join by the general manager and the IT sector executive, who gave me a recommendation and with whom I wrote a scientific work called ‘Contribution to the user requests management based on ITIL implementation.’
This work deals with the making of the unique system for communication with clients.
As a researcher, I analyzed DDOR’s clients’ needs and made a specification for the other side that served as a backup for the system development.
The main goal of this project was to increase efficiency of the system that deals with customer’s needs.
