- The subject of this review are smart customization banking services that have been offered as an innovative banking product for digitally oriented clients.

- The development of the CSCS framework for dynamic service creation would use machine learning techniques and a neural network based on customer service learning.
- These techniques can be applied in two cases: to generate a service/product during configuration and/or to offer a customer a service/product created by other customers.

- The problem is to provide a service for each individual request of the customer (customization of the service), taking into account at the same time the interests of the service provider - the bank.

- Since the needs of the customer are not publicly available, it is largely a proposal to satisfy the customer’s satisfaction with the offer generated by the dynamic framework.
- So “wake up” customers and configure their products by their decisions.
- Simple and fast creation and expansion of digital bank services.
- Increasing the number of services.
- Increasing the number of clients.
- Increasing customer satisfaction.
- Attracting new clients and retaining existing ones.
- Maintaining trust.
- Increasing bank profits.
- The CSCS framework for dynamic service creation through the API would allow the bank to:
- seamlessly connect to any application, device or data source,
- to consolidate and manage customer data and
- predicting outcomes using real-time intelligence.
An example of architecture
- In order to implement the framework, it is necessary to develop a service configurator that consists of a set of rules and procedures that allow each user not only to configure their individual request but also to personalize it.
- A complete framework would be developed in the python programming language with the engagement of a team of five people over a period of six months.
- The idea is that the created configurator can be adapted to a large number of standard products and it is also possible to configure a large number of new products.
- For ease of understanding, a user package configurator is described. A large number of packages are offered on the market, such as BASIC, STANDARD and PREMIUM, as well as others.
- In the market, it is not possible for a client to create a service package himself.
- Configuring the personal package on your own would seem to allow the user to turn on / adjust the request according to their needs over a period of time.
- The application / client (web, android, ios) will guide you through the specified procedure - the client would receive information from the framework.
- In accordance with the chosen one, there would be a fee for the configured package that he would digitally sign.
- The client would be given the opportunity to decide on their own needs in accordance with their capabilities.
- The application of machine learning techniques and neural networks would be when choosing some parameters to get an offer on the generated packets based on the selected steps in the application.
- It is also possible to apply configured packages or discover new users with similar habits as users from the user base - and offer them a new package.
- The criteria need to be defined so that the client gets what he wants without the bank losing or gaining.
- When obtaining a cash loan, say 10,000 euros, let’s give the best offer with WebScraping, take over all offers and conditions from all banks in the entire Balkans and see if the best offer can be offered.
- Provide that the client has all the information that he is in the right place Or a loan for an apartment, also provide additional information about the trade in apartments* as the price per square meter.

- If this were realized, the bank would be more visible on the market, the image would increase, and the quality of business would increase.

- Cooperation with other banks and if NLB is not able to process the request with mutual interest, it would miss the job of another bank for a fee.
